(Senior) Executive, Growth Marketing

We are seeking a pioneering Growth Marketing Executive (Senior) to join the OROCA| Marketing team. This role focuses on hands-on execution across brand building and growth marketing. You will directly implement content, social, and performance marketing activities to drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue for platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Sourcing & Hunting
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and propose new vendors to expand supply options and improve cost competitiveness.

  • Evaluate supplier capabilities including production capacity, MOQ, lead time, scalability, quality control, and supply reliability; benchmark market pricing and negotiate supply-oriented commercial terms (pricing tiers, volume rebates, capacity commitments).

  • Build and maintain a vendor sourcing pipeline by continuously researching markets, manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers through online platforms, exhibitions, referrals, and industry networks.

2. Supplier Relationship Management
  • Manage supplier relationships with focus on supply stability, fulfillment commitment, and priority allocation, ensuring vendors can meet forecasted demand and peak-season requirements.

  • Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams to remove operational bottlenecks.

3. Commercial, Contract & Supply Term Management
  • Negotiate pricing, supply commitments, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead time SLAs, payment terms, and exclusivity (if applicable) to secure reliable and cost-effective supply.

  • Work closely with vendors to align on forecast sharing, replenishment cycles, and stock planning to support business growth.

4. Vendor Performance & Risk Control
  • Track vendor performance against supply-critical metrics (lead time consistency, order fulfillment rate, stock availability, defect rate) and execute corrective action plans to minimize supply risks.

  • Coordinate product sampling/quality checks, logistics support, and manage order status and payables/disputes with vendors.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze supplier and supply data to identify supply gaps, sourcing risks, cost-saving opportunities, and alternative sourcing strategies, providing actionable recommendations to improve supply resilience.

  • Maintain vendor database, dashboards, and documentation to support cross-functional planning and audits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business adminstration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement, or commercial operations, with proven experience in actively sourcing and negotiating with new suppliers. Prior experience in the dental industry is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and vendor/procurement systems (SRM/SPM/ERP) is an advantage.

  • Language: Vietnamese; working English proficiency is a plus.

  • Characteristics: Strong “hunter” mindset: proactive, persistent, comfortable with cold outreach, negotiation, and building supplier relationships from scratch.
